Introduction

Paramount Security Solutions was formed in March 2013 by Managing Director Ed Githaiga. The aim was to establish a security solutions provider who could provide high quality security officers to customers in the East of England and the City, either on a permanent basis or for short term assignments. Underpinning Paramount Security is a commitment to quality security solutions that are supervised effectively by a local contract management team. Managing Director Ed Githaiga has over ten years’ experience in all areas of the private security industry, including manned guarding, mobile security, event security and control room environments. Ed has used all of this experience to ensure that Paramount Security remains a provider who is customer-focused at all times.

At Paramount Security Solutions, it is our mission to become the leading provider of security solutions, ensuring that we are the best in our field, to which others strive to emulate. Myself and team of fully vetted security guards endeavour to offer peace of mind and assurance of protection and safety for our clients, their customers and the public in which we come into contact with.

To fulfil this mission:

Paramount Security Solutions recognises that in order to achieve our mission we must:

• Recruit and retain the most qualified security guards in the industry.
• Provide our guards with a continuing education program that employs the most current technology and protection techniques available.
• Continually monitor the national and international socio-political environment to develop our services in an efficient manner.
